2.2 Product Integrity & Usage Responsibility
- IP-Rating & Environmental Usage: If a speaker is rated IPX7 (waterproof), the user acknowledges that this rating applies under specific conditions (freshwater, specific depth/time). Use in saltwater or beyond rated depths is a violation of terms.
- Acoustic Health & Volume: The user acknowledges that prolonged exposure to high-decibel audio can cause hearing damage. BassBeat is not liable for injury resulting from improper volume management.
- Battery & Charging Safety: All units are designed for standard 5V USB charging. The use of uncertified “Fast Chargers” that exceed recommended voltage/amperage is at the user’s risk and may void the internal battery warranty.
